Sculpt House London’s first 90 days on Instagram
Sculpt House: Launching a London Reformer Pilates Studio on Instagram
Results summary: Over the 90 days of First 90, the Sculpt House Instagram account had 186,000 views, 5,449 profile visits and 646 external link clicks, sending people to the studio's waitlist, founding memberships and booking pages.
The starting point
Melissa was launching Sculpt House, a new reformer Pilates studio in London. A launch is the worst possible time to be running your own social media, and she didn't have the time or energy to manage it herself.
Timing mattered too. Reformer Pilates is a crowded market right now, with UK reformer businesses growing by nearly 1,000 per cent between 2024 and 2025. A new studio needs to be visible from day one.
What Melissa wanted
She wanted the studio's social media handled properly while she concentrated on opening. She chose us because we'd worked on launches for two other reformer studios, Enclave and Lakes Pilates, so we understood the audience and the content that works for this type of business.
Our work
Melissa joined First 90, our three-month starting programme. It gives us time to understand the business, set a content direction, publish, test what works and review the results.
For Sculpt House, we focused on Instagram. It suits a visual business like a Pilates studio, and fitness and wellness brands tend to perform well there, with engagement rates above many other industries.
Tess travelled down to London for a content shoot. From that material, we created and managed the studio's Instagram content across the full three months, handling the planning, editing, captions and publishing.
Results
Over the 90 days of First 90, the Instagram account had:
5,449 profile visits
646 external link clicks
Those link clicks took people from Instagram to the studio's waitlist, founding memberships and booking pages. We report clicks as clicks. They show genuine interest and traffic to the pages where people can join or book, and we keep them separate from confirmed sales.
What happened next
Melissa valued having the social media taken off her shoulders while she opened the studio. That relief is a real part of the result, alongside the numbers. After First 90 finished, she chose to continue with us on a monthly retainer, and we're still managing the studio's content now.
