90 Days
To Build Momentum

The starting point

Sculpt House was starting from the ground up.

There was a new studio, a new brand and a new local audience to reach.

Before opening, we needed to:

  • introduce Sculpt House to the local area

  • explain what reformer Pilates was and who it was for

  • build trust before people had visited the studio

  • create anticipation ahead of launch

  • grow the Instagram audience

  • turn social media attention into profile visits and website clicks

  • make sure there was demand waiting when bookings went live

With nothing available to book until July, the first part of the strategy was about building interest before asking anyone to take action.

“We don't promise overnight success. We build marketing systems that become more valuable month after month.”

— Hussell Up

What we did.

We created a full 90-day social media strategy around the launch.

Built the content plan

We mapped out what people needed to see before opening.

The content covered the studio, the classes, the founder, the experience and the questions potential customers were likely to have before booking.

Created the content

We planned and created a mix of:

  • short-form video

  • Reels

  • studio previews

  • class-focused content

  • founder-led content

  • educational posts

  • graphics and carousels

  • launch announcements

  • behind-the-scenes content

The aim wasn't simply to tell people a reformer Pilates studio was opening.

We wanted them to start picturing themselves there.

Built anticipation before bookings opened

Because there was nothing to book when we started, the early content focused heavily on awareness and interest.

By the time bookings went live in July, Sculpt House already had an audience watching what was happening.

Managed the account

Alongside creating the content, we handled the planning, captions, hooks, scheduling and ongoing management.

We then used the performance of the content to refine what we created throughout the 90 days.

These results were generated on Instagram alone during Sculpt House's First 90. The account started with roughly 200 followers and nothing available to book until July.

The First 90 Days.

Month 1

Building the foundations.

Content creation.

Website improvements.

Launching campaigns.

Gathering data.

The first project secured.

Month 2

Campaigns refined.

Visibility increased.

Enquiries became more consistent.

Pipeline growing.

Two further projects secured.

Month 3

Momentum.

Multiple enquiry sources.

Website enquiries.

Phone calls.

Five deposited projects.

Several additional projects progressing.

These Aren't £500 Jobs.

Garden Room Design is not a volume business.

They do not compete at the lower end of the market.

Their projects typically start from around £20,000 and regularly exceed that figure depending on design, specification and requirements.

That changes the conversation. These aren't enquiries for small purchases, these are homeowners considering significant investments in their properties.

Within the first 90 days, the marketing ecosystem generated opportunities that have already resulted in multiple secured projects and a growing pipeline of future work.

For a premium builder, that's what matters.

Not vanity metrics.

Not likes.

Not impressions.

Real conversations with the right people.

6 secured projects represents over £192k of committed work, with a further 12 projects already progressing through the pipeline.

The Challenge We Didn't Expect

A modern backyard with a small wooden house, green grass, and apple trees bearing ripe apples.

One challenge wasn't generating enquiries.

It was keeping up with them.

The volume of opportunities entering the pipeline meant not every enquiry could be contacted as quickly as intended.

A nice problem to have, but still a problem.

Even with this bottleneck, the business secured multiple projects, booked numerous site visits and built a healthy pipeline of future opportunities.

Which gives us confidence that there is still significant room for growth as the systems mature.

What's Next?

The first 90 days were about building visibility, trust and momentum.

The next 90 days are about conversion.

  1. The advertising campaigns now have meaningful data.

  2. The website is attracting more qualified visitors.

  3. Social media is building trust before conversations even begin.

  4. SEO is beginning to gain traction.

Most importantly, the business now has a healthy pipeline of opportunities moving through site visits, planning discussions and quotations.

The client has jokingly taken on a new role as Head of Sales, because following up enquiries has become almost as important as generating them.

Whilst no agency can honestly predict exactly how many projects will be secured over the coming months, the indicators are extremely positive.

  • More visibility.

  • More conversations.

  • More qualified opportunities.

  • More projects progressing through the pipeline.

That's the benefit of building a marketing ecosystem rather than relying on a single campaign.

The momentum created in the first 90 days doesn't disappear. It compounds.

The biggest difference has been consistency. We no longer rely solely on word of mouth. We now have enquiries coming in regularly from multiple sources and a pipeline of opportunities that simply wasn't there before."
